At Westward as part of our integration of IT into the business we have invested in 'Turbo Dispatch': a high-tech job dispatch system designed to dramatically improve response times to the customer. It allows us to instantly receive all the relevant information about your situation so we can make sure you get the best service possible.

We can cater for all types of vehicles from high end sports cars to large 3.5 tonne transits.

Capability

At Westward we have a fleet of both service and recovery vehicles able to respond and deal with just about any situation given to us.They are all maintained to a very high standard and have regular safety checks and maintenance inspections. They are all equipped with a wide range of emergency parts and specialist recovery equipment enabling us to work safely and efficiently on the roadside. (All our operations carried out on the roadside are done so in compliance with ISO9001-PAS43, which is the very latest industry standard for the safe working in this environment) Safety is of course our very top priority.

We are able to move motorbikes (using a specialist motorcycle trailer), cars, vans (up to 4.25 tons) and motor-homes no matter what condition they are in.
